We have had the best impression and experience with French Colony because of Ms. Denise, Barbie, and Sarah in the office, as well as such friendly and respectful neighbors. Great impression from start to finish. Such great value for what you pay and so spacious. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. This location is away from the hustle and bustle but still so close to all the conveniences. Happy for the great service from the office.

The manager was courteous and respectful and she showed me an apartment that I was looking to move into and I was able to take pictures so that I could make sure that everything I owned would fit. There's also a fireplace in the unit too. I wasn't sure about the width of my washer and dryer but she said that I could measure them and see if they were going to fit in the space that they have for them. I also have 2 fur babies and she said that it was okay just the usual pmt for them as is any animal that would be staying there. I love the quietness and the grounds were well kept and if I needed quick maintenance there's someone that I could call on. I love the showing!

Amazing location, and cozy apartments!! Ms. Stella, and staff are very willing to help with any, and every question or concern. Maintenance is very kind, and quick to handle issues. We are very happy with our decision to live at French Colony!

The maintenance team is very professional and answer in such a timely manner. I did have multiple requests for what started out as just a preventive maintenance request, during my spring break I noticed other things not working, and I mean everything was fixed in one visit. I truly have no complaints. In fact Iām grateful that it was handled so quickly and so professionally.

as a first time renter my experience was amazing. Very professional & timing was great. Move in date was smooth & quick. Apartment was clean & up kept. Nice & quiet community.. gym & pool are nice also
