The apartment is very spacious and updated. The office staff and all maintenance are very nice and helpful !!! The grounds are kept up nicely. Pool area is always clean. Very pleased!

I love this place!! I've been here a number of years & it's been wonderful! Everyone is so kind & attentive to your apt. needs, maintenance is right on time & the grounds are kept pristine at all times. It's very quiet & relaxing, my neighbors are great!! We have 2 pools that are gorgeous! The people in the Ofc are fantastic, very personable & welcoming !! I recommend French Colony to anyone.👌 Excellent choice!

Lived there for two years! Great front office staff- Mrs. Stella is the BEST. Maintenance staff were very helpful and quick. Great environment and location.

It gives me great pleasure to write a review for French Colony Apartments, my home. I can only give a positive review for the following reasons: the office staff are friendly, helpful, and fair, the maintenance crew are prompt in answering service calls and do excellent work, the grounds are well-maintained, the rent is extremely reasonable considering the nice apartments and safe environment. I highly recommend these apartments.
